02 / What that gives your team

More clarity.
Less back-and-forth.

Your team’s schedules change.
The details don’t have to get lost between them.

01

Explain the work where it lives.

Instructions, location details and photos give the next person context, without starting the conversation again.

02

Know who is taking it forward.

Clear ownership helps each person understand their part and gives managers a place to check progress.

03

Bring facts to the next conversation.

Review the original request and completion record when you follow up, coach or recognize a job well done.

The everyday work, too

From one-off fixes
to the next opening routine.

Use the same clear approach for work on the floor, checklists and recurring tasks. Keep the people, locations and instructions connected.

A few useful answers

Before you
get started.

Does everyone need to be working at the same time?

No. Record the task when you notice it, give it an owner, and let that person pick it up during their shift. The instructions and completion record stay together for the next person to review.

Can someone join a company that already uses TasksForTeams?

Yes. An invited team member creates or signs in to their own account, then joins the existing company using their invitation. They do not need to set up another company.

Can we use the website and Android app together?

The website and Android app are designed around the same account, company and work records. Choose the device that suits the job: capture work on the floor, then review it at your desk.

Does every task need a photo?

No. A task can start with instructions alone. Add a photo when it helps explain the work. Authorized managers can require a completion photo or note when evidence matters.

The next task is a good place to start

Different shifts.
Work that stays connected.
