More photo history
Add 10 GB of shared storage for $5/month. You do not need another location to buy storage. Storage warnings, export and cleanup options help you manage space; filling storage does not automatically delete photos.
You approve any increase
Review the charge before adding paid capacity. All locations in a paid company are paid locations. Reductions take effect at renewal, subject to the company's current usage.
Photo retention is a separate company setting. New modular purchases are not enabled yet; existing subscriptions keep their recorded terms.

Are plans priced per person or per company?
Paid pricing is $14.99 per location per month, including 15 people and 2 GB of photo storage per location. People and storage are pooled across the company. Additional people cost $1/month; extra 10 GB storage packs cost $5/month. Count each person once, including administrators.
Does every task need a photo?
No. A task can start with instructions alone. Add a photo when it helps explain the work. Authorized managers can require a completion photo or note when evidence matters.
What happens to the history after work is completed?
Completed work retains its instructions, completion details and activity record. Photo availability follows your company’s retention and storage settings, so an old task record does not mean its photos are kept forever.
